Becky was so nice. Very efficient... and a joy to work with! When she left... I was concerned about who I would work with next! Jason Herrera became my hero! He is kind...patient... knowledgeable! I couldn't have asked for a better partner moving forward! He's helped me every step of the way! I look forward to his visits...and feel he has become a friend. I, Maria Moreno, want to testify through this story to Miss Cindy, who is an excellent worker and I have no complaints because she is very cooperative when I need help. For me, she is an angel since she always has the words to help in any problem or situation. A great person and worker, Cindy is my star and as I say, a great woman dedicated to her work, for her it is a lot of work for her. I was asked to write this review and I jumped at the opportunity. But, not for what you think. They are a joke. My first worker was great until they fired her because she gave them a 2 month notice. Second thing about them is they hired a thief named Antonio, who was a director for Project Roomkey in Hollywood and was fired after he gave me a false positive COVID test, stole from me and then kicked me out of the program. He was fired right after his head of security was caught stealing from other people, on camera, that they were supposed to be helping them transition from homelessness. Knowing this they keep him on staff so he could screw over more people. Third, they never got me the furniture that they promised that I would get. In all of I could give them less than a1 star review I would. They deserve negative 10 ratings. All of the 5 star reviews are people they have begged to write reviews trying to get better ratings. Trust me they're a complete joke. They even gave me a tap card, said it had 3 months on it but it was completely empty and they still haven't corrected that.

I can honestly say my experience with turning points has been nothing but good! I got blessed by getting the best case manager a young man named Christopher he is the most respectful, relatable and humble person I have met not only does he love helping people also what he does for a living on and off the clock but he is also a an amazing role model/ mentor. He is very helpful and goes the extra mile for his clients, I would definitely recommend turning point to a lot of people I have received a lot of help since I have been a client with turning point and my life is going on the right path again it’s a blessing to have been able to be a client at turning point the help is there it’s on the client how bad they want the change to happen.thank you for everything god bless.I can’t promise that your case manager will be mine or as effective at there job like mine but give it a try it doesn’t hurt to try.

Turning point is great. I would like to thank my case worker Antonio Owen’s for helping me with the opportunity to get a good job at Metro and also helping me with housing the process is long but it is completely worth it.
