I called the number advertised on the website to learn more about their programming and was transferred to different departments. At one point I was transferred to the (nursing department?) and the woman who picked up the phone was very short and rude before she transferred me over to admissions (and only got a voicemail which I did not leave my information on). I was so turned off by her attitude that it discouraged me from calling back and seeking services. Please train your employees to have communication and customer service skills.
