My counselor here is great! She is kind and genuine and very helpful. The management and counselors are all new, as of almost 2 years ago. It's been a huge improvement, to say the least. Bonus: they have free coffee (sometimes cake, too😉) every day, and they give out a variety of food items for those in need. I feel genuinely cared for at this clinic, and I'm very grateful for that.

Wonderful customer service! This place helped my mother become a better person. She is thriving today. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with addiction or mental illnesses. Staff is sweet and compassionate while maintaining professionalism and knowledge.

I am a patient here using a fake name. Most of the counselors here are great one of them is on drugs. a lot of times when I walk in there it smells horrible like rotten produce, and it just grosses me out. it seems to me that the patients who are rude get what they want and the nice quiet ones who only come once maybe two times month get hassled.

Unfortunately this place has almost been the death of me twice. I needed to see a Dr. to renew a prescription and made two appointments to see the Doctor. Both times I went in only to be told once that the doctor had a medical emergency and another time that the doctor called out sick. I totally understand but they could have given me a courtesy call. I don't drive so not only did I have to take two busses to and from but I missed a day of work as well. Once again I made another appointment, I get there only to be told the Dr. was not there but could see her st the Bellflower office so I take a Lyft there only to be told she went home early. I wound up getting blood clots in both legs and lungs and had to have emergency surgery to have a filter put in my heart. Also if you make an appointment for 7:00 a.m You Will not be seen until 11:00 or 12:00. If you are a heroin addict and in the methadone program you will get priority but if you are a regular patient like me you have to wait.

I've been going to dosing clinics since 1987 and this is by far the best Clinic I've ever been to they treat you like family here, some people's experiences are not the same as mine but it's what you make of it.
