Solace Treatment

JUST graduated!!! Thank you Solace Treatment Center so much. Started in their PHP program and just completed IOP for my mental health and drinking addiction. Thankful for my therapist, case manager and doctor here that's helped me along my journey. It hasn't been the easiest but I put in the work and can say I am an alumni!! I recommend this to my friends, family and co workers.

excellent service and very talented therapists! i did telehealth since i live up in norcal, and they would check up on me pretty often. my mental health was straight garbage in 2024, but over the course of these past 4 months, my mental health has improved a ton!

I really enjoyed all the topics and tools Ive got and learned in Solace treatment/ therapy.. Ive learned that - doing your best is good enough over perfect, don’t overdo it, balance work and home, stop overthinking at work tasks/activities and a lot more. At first , I was skeptical, in denial and thinking I could handle it but the situation became worst . it was such a blessing that I joined with a great support system . Thanks for the motivations, encouraging words from all facilitators, therapists, my great support system, psychiatrists and all the staffs at solace treatment .. I have my best case manager and therapist ever!!!

This is a really bad program. When I first signed up, my case manager was great, I felt really excited about the program. I was told that there would be communication every step of the way. My old case manager left and I was reassigned to a new case manager who was awful. He waited to tell me two minutes before I was scheduled to have a session with my counselor ("at the end of his day so he could not assist me further") that I was being "graduated" like I knew what that meant. I felt like I was making good headway with my therapist, so for them to just tell me I am done without any prior warning or anything. I would try not to go here if you can help it. They don't care about the patients.

Dont let them fool you ! Horrible experience here. My therapist was unrealable , always late , and no show at times. My caseworker was sweet but not consistent. I put in alot of work to get a call out of nowhere and said my time was up with the program . No last closing session with my therapist. Just left hanging while I was in the middle of working through my trauma and addiction. I reached out several times and even requested to speak to the director. It took several attempts to get an answer . My case manager said she would provide resources for me since I never got a proper ending session but I never heard back from her. The staff is really nice but they are not realizing that people's lives are on the line and this is something that should never be ignored. I deserved a proper graduation . Imagine being with a program for 6 months and to get a phone call saying your done while trying to process trauma, addiction, and grief . So disappointed. I truly hope this message gets to the director. I asked to speak to you several times and would be more than happy to tell you my experience and why your program got a one star.
