What a great place for a reset. When I needed a healthy happy place to restart the new year away from daily wine this place did it for me. Two beautiful homes with private chefs. Amazing sweet staff like Jasmine, JP, Tatiana, Mike and Heather. Group and individual session by day. Meetings and outings by night and weekends. I loved that I could have my phone and computer after the first week. Ani the therapist here is amazing! Thank you Hike and Seina for creating this healing space to recover from stress.

Ritz Recovery is a challenging place, and that is just what I needed. I felt tested (in just the right ways) in every part of my recovery. Hike, Trish, Mike, and Sina were always sooo patient with me, even though it took me weeks to actually make it to treatment. Sina had to have thought I was the worst and craziest client ever! Trish is one of the most understanding and caring people on Earth, but, as she should be, she is uncompromising and determined. And, don’t think you will get away with never seeing the people you spoke with over the phone again, they are standing behind their beliefs in good treatment right there at the houses. So, be nice, you will see them again. They continued to support me through treatment and after. The calls and text from everyone at Ritz to check on me after graduation have been very assuring. Lyndsey greeted me at the airport with a large smile and tender heart. Nothing fazes her, and she is sure to find the right solution for any stumbling blocks that come up. Oh, did I have some obstacles for her! Rae and Shant got to see my “addiction attitude” right from admit, and they succeeded in getting through to my true self. Shant was not only a leader, he was always someone trusted and could talk to. At night, Tyler brought the same gentle perspective with his tremendous composure. No matter how many times I woke with crazy demands, he was a gracious site to see. The staff at Ritz are the best support team one could have! Beau, with his witfully antics that made me laugh, but also made me think. Becca always making sure everything was running as smoothly as possible with a firm character and gentle heart. Noah with his laid-back approach to helping you, without you knowing. Theo is intelligent, he brought his treatment knowledge to the forefront of my treatment. Heather's enthusiastic attitude toward her job truly shows how much she cares. Tiffany always brought good feelings to my soul with her energetic take on life. Rafael gets it done when it needs to get done. He doesn’t mess with your addition frame of mind but keeps you straight, until you sprout wings with clean wits. Elle and Jonathan are new, but I have no worries that they are being trained by the right people. Speaking with them always soothed my days. Nicole works around the clock to make sure your medical needs are met. Ani really makes you think and helps you dig deep into the factors that kept bringing me into treatment. Expect to gain a few…No, a lot of weight while at Ritz. Steve and Joanna are the best chefs of any facility I have been to. Joanna brings her heritage and love to meals. Steve worked diligently to make sure what he put on my plate was not only delicious, but no less what he would gladly serve himself. You could see the pride in his eyes every time he made someone smile by way of their taste buds. Gotta put a shout out to Gabi, she made sure to give me a smile every time she spoke. She is a bright spirit in the house. Brianna worked relentlessly to make sure I had everything I needed while at Ritz. She took care of appointments, discharge plans, and any other up-surd need I had. Some people need help with court and money aspects in their lives. She always fought tooth and nail to make sure they got everything they needed. I wish I could see the way she makes the person on the other side of a phone melt in their chairs giving into her demands. Brianna never disappoints. I did a lot of research before choosing Ritz. This was time well spent. While there were hiccups while there, both theirs and mine, everything was quickly resolved with ensuing rewards for all of us. If for some reason I needed to return to treatment, I would definitely go directly back to Ritz. Although, with the great treatment, I have no reason to return. I notably miss everyone and everything there. Take my word for it, if you or a family member needs treatment, this is the trustworthy and competent place to be.

Had a wonderful experience at Ritz recoveryl The staff was very professional and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had what I needed... a special shout out to Becca and Jasmine... Becca went above and beyond to help me get all my appointments and medications squared away and many other things well Jasmine, in my opinion, was the hardest worker there she always was doing something and keep in the house in nice shape and another special shout out to Steve the chef.! The food was always top notch and he got me anything I ever wanted in the grocery store. I highly recommend Ritz Recovery to anybody who seriously wants to get their life together. I didn't have any problems with not one staff member there... most of the staff are in recovery themselves and they understand and empathize with us which makes this particular program even better. To say this place is amazing doesn't even come close to describing it. The house is cool but it's mainly the staff that really makes this place what it is. Brianna ,Trish,Mike, becka, bo, ray, Noah,Corey, Rafael ,Jasmin, Tyler, Heather ,Steve,sina, Lindsay,Tiffany,auni and last but definitely not least shaunt. Genuinely care about you and your recovery and making sure you have the tools to not just get sober but CLEAN. These people treated me and my girlfriend like family not just clients. They all will be missed

First class treatment. Individual complete care. One on one sessions. Separate bedrooms, a great place all the way around. Tiffani the program director is just an amazing human being all the way around, you know she is passionate about this and are rehabilitation. They have literally changed my life! If there is any place I recommend it's Ritz, and I've been to a lot. Shout out to Micheal and Trish! Both great techs.
