No help. I went to talk to the case manager in regards to housing. She said she would help me and I left there feeling seen and heard. FINALLY someone listened and was going to help. And then....nothing. I had to follow up and all I was given was a church to contact. Really? I had to go down there in person and all you give me is an effing church? You could've done that on the phone rather than wasting my time.

I've had a very great experience here at prototypes. I appreciate my councilor Lilian. She's very understanding, and makes me feel heard. I'd like to give a special thanks and recognition to my Therapist Isabel. She has gotten me to feel comfortable enough to open up , and just be me. Free of judgement. I really appreciate the service , and the ones that have been assigned to me. Thanks prototypes. 🙏🏽

Don't get itzel as a case manager. She told my friend they dropped me without telling me anything, and I was supposed to be on meds. Now that I been without them, I been shaking everyday. Not right that she never gave me a notice that I was dropped. She doesn't really care about u, she's just there for a job. Even when I reported her, her supervisor couldn't even help me out.. I hope they realized what they did because that was very unprofessional of them.

All my other facilitators approved me, and prototypes only gave me 8 out of 10 sessions and did not finish my certification of completion. Would it be too much to ask marisol? What’s your problem? I did 26 weeks victim support group. Completed pairs program with foothill family. Completed 20 sessions conjoint counseling and also enrolled in 20 sesssions individual court counseling.
