Profound Treatment

Profound Treatment Centers were instrumental in my recovery. It gave me a safe place and an opportunity to get away from any temptation and helped me understand the cycle that I had allowed myself to fall into. The staff are amazing. They genuinely care about their clients and want to help them and their recovery. The facilitators were knowledgeable and amazing and took the time to help me understand the cycles of addiction and begin the process of learning new ways to deal with stress, I would recommend Profound Treatment Centers to anyone struggling with addiction as a resource of recovery.

I had an amazing experience with Profound! The houses are beautiful and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had the pleasure of having Josh as my case worker. He was always willing to take time out of his day to address any issues I was facing whether it be emotional, physical, financial, it didn’t matter. He wasn’t afraid to offer me advice or insight on the issues I brought to him. He genuinely cares about each patient and makes it a point to have a relationship with each of us. Overall a very loving man and a great friend. The alumni staff (Jesse, Katie, and Camille) were very welcoming and supportive. They gave me wonderful insight and feedback that I will forever hold onto. They also facilitated some of the groups and I was always able to take something away from their teachings. I’m looking forward to hearing from them in the future! Anthony and Lindsay were both facilitators that I had a great connection with and inspired me in many ways. They always filled the room with positivity, and always were willing to offer emotional support and encouragement. They’re very knowledgeable and I’m grateful to have crossed paths with them. The techs (Jeff, Colton, Giessele, Bridget, Tara, Brent, and Jesse) were always helpful and greeted me first thing in the morning with a smile. They were able to answer any questions I had and were willing to offer emotional support as needed. I’m thankful for each and everyone of them. Caitilin was an amazing nurse and was the main person I would see every morning in the med room. She always had a smile on her face and it started my day with positivity. She also made sure that I was taking my medications on time and didn’t skip taking them. Priscilla and Wyonzey are absolutely incredible chefs! Every meal they made was delicious. There was always a good spread of food and they are willing to work with special diets or allergies someone might have. Halina and Nate are both great house managers that listen and offer solutions to any problems that the clients brought forward. They create a safe environment for the patients and genuinely care about each person’s wellbeing. I’m grateful to have Profound be apart of my recovery journey!

This place genuinely saved my life. Profound is technically a “luxury” rehab, referring to the environment, having a private chef, and just “luxury” amenities - but what made this the rehab that changed my life and that I actually completed happily was the staff. The directors, Rob and David, care so deeply about this place. It is their baby. They work nearly everyday on site and devote so much time to making sure the clients are accommodated and individually taken care of. I struggled to sleep when I detoxed and they personally went and bought me ear plugs, a fan, gave me a vape, etc. Never in my life have I ever been so accommodated by a rehab. My detox was as comfortable as it possibly could’ve been. My admissions person was Katie. She bought me a plane ticket, checked in on me constantly until I flew out the day after our phone call. I nearly got off the plane due to a panic attack and fear of getting sober, and she talked me down. I did the 5 hour plane ride and when I made it, my driver was James. To this day I’ll never forget James. We had amazing conversations about recovery, and many more things. Most of the staff is in recovery themselves, with a good bit of years under their belt. Being here felt like home. I won’t say profound MADE me get sober, but I’ll be damned if I say they didn’t have a big role in it. Jillian was my therapist. She changed my life and my view of therapy. I also want to shout out the techs Emma, Aaron, Mike, Sarah and Dalton. Saraya was my case manager. She is the best case manager I have ever experienced. Everything I needed got taken care of and fast. And she’s one of the calmest, most collected people I’ve ever met in my life. I genuinely will go on for the rest of my life holding profound and the staff in my heart. I love you guys. Thank you for your impact on my sobriety, and my life. Mariah

I wholeheartedly recommend Profound Treatment Center. When my family member needed help during this challenging time, the caring staff at Profound exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to our well-being. The environment felt more like a home than a facility, and my family member even said that he gained a new family among the staff. A special mention goes to George, who supported us every step of the way—returning my calls even in the late hours. So I made it a year guys. Sept 11th, 2023. Sept 10, 2023 was one of the hardest days of my life. I sat at a layover 4 hrs from home skipping flights and watching the cowboys with a jack and coke. Drank so much my card was shut off bc fraud at 2am... Had no money for food then, got so sick, one more call, as I finally got off the phone and on to a plane. I know in my heart I'd be still at the bottom of a barrel if it wasn't for a man named George, he sat there and called my bs, coaxed me on a plane saying he'd be there when I got there... Even Rory and I are still friends 😅. Profound gets paid yes, but they carry a different aspect about your life, trust me I've done this before. If you get 50% of a rehab to worry you're in good hands. Everyone at Profound made an impression on me. 100% of Profound helped me and I'm here today sober and genuinely proud of being this way. I owe it to them. Remember the first 30 days of sobriety are the most crucial and man did this team save me. Ask anyone around I was like a bomb walking around a house. Liable to go off at any min, fought every turn and occupied my anger with working out, couldn't stop moving, 24/7 it was horrible. Katie even had free weights brought over to Vanalden for me. I cry writing this now bc there is understanding a job to do and then understanding genuine care for someones well being and future. You guys are life saviors! Honestly.
