Testimonials

I had a very disappointing experience at this treatment facility. The staff seemed unprofessional and unresponsive to the needs of the patients. The environment felt more like a prison than a place for healing, and there was a lack of proper communication regarding treatment plans. I expected a supportive atmosphere, but instead, I felt isolated and misunderstood. Overall, I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking genuine help.

DO NOT ENTER the, so called, care of this poorly managed facility. Save your time & insurance!!! Welcome to AAOR- where you are Against All Odds of Recovering…. UA tests are “duds” or false positives more often than not & unnecessary blackout periods are placed for those truly making an attempt to correct old behavior patterns. I thought it was okay at first but after seeing management & operational systems over several months my recovery & mental health started to go backwards. The groups are very unorganized and messy while participation feels like a chore for many. The care was short term in my case and then they wanted me to go back to detox. Good luck with any maintenance requests, they might be heard but will definitely not be handled. Treating yourself at home & attending self help AA is equivalent to, if not more effective than checking into Outpatient LA/AAOR(against all odds recovery). Bless anyone who enter this hellhole covered in glitter.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. You’d probably be better off at the Salvation Army.

IOP LA was tremendous. I really learnt alot about how to maintain sobriety as an alcoholic. Staff was excellent and so were the groups. The hosts were phenomenal. Just to mention a few Zak and Laney. Laney is awesome. You will never foget Laney's approach. So was Brittany my therapist. Awesome people! Isaac made us feel comfortable. He is very accommodating! Staff such as Gina and Terri are awesome people. They made me feel like I was at home. Lot to say but that's it for now.
