From the moment I walked in as a new patient, I've been so impressed by this clinic. The girls upfront are always incredibly welcoming, sweet, and pretty, setting a positive tone for every visit. But I especially want to highlight Virginia in the back. She is absolutely phenomenal – truly an angel! Virginia is always on top of everything happening at the clinic. She knows every patient by name and keeps up with what everyone has going on. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure we get the most out of all the opportunities and services available to support our recovery. Even though she's not my personal counselor, she's always there to help whenever I need something, even if I've arrived too late to see my own counselor. She does everything with such a great attitude and is incredibly thorough, often jumping through hoops to make sure my needs are met. I honestly can't say enough good things about her; she's simply amazing. Beyond Virginia, all the counselors and dosing nurses are also fantastic. This clinic truly feels full of love and support, and I'm so grateful to be a patient here. They are making my recovery possible.

There are clinics that are much closer to my home, but the treatment and staff at Narcotics Prevention Association is far superior, which is why my nearly hourlong roundtrip commute to East Los Angeles from Downtown LA is more than worth it. The office director, Vicky, is a caring, lovely, and professional woman that genuinely cares about the best possible outcome for all patients. When I would miss a day, or more, at other clinics, they never seemed to care or call me. But Vicky called and left me a voicemail even though I was a new patient that was absent from my second or third day. She has been so positive and kind to me since my intake, and so have all the clinic staff. The staff seem happy and enjoy the work they do, and that is likely in large part due to Vicky’s beyond-adequate leadership & warm demeanor. This woman is so magnetic, it is a real pleasure to chat with her during my visits. I feel optimistic and confident about my recovery, simply because I’ve finally found a clinic that cares in a way others unfortunately were not able to. It has made all the difference in my ability to abstain from drug use. Cannot thank everyone here enough! So grateful and lucky to come here.

They really seem to care about people, especially Caesar. He is an amazing counselor. The nurses are also super friendly and helpful.

Well it's very fast u go in n out 10 min. Max.and from all the counselors the only cool one is Steve Baragan . I really recommend this clinic for anyone who wants to be able to go in n out the clinic.

I’ve been off heroin 4+ years now thanks to this clinic. The staff and counselors are so nice, by far the best clinic I’ve been to!
