I have a counselor by the name of Angel and I must take the time to give credit to where it is do, many of these government reentry service programs have so many individuals who are desensitized to the needs of the clients they are to help but Angel on the other hand gives time consideration and has situational awareness for the needs of his clients he has a very Hands-On approach and expresses genuine concern for the individuals he is helping to re-enter into society. Programs need to hire more individuals like this gentleman as he has had a very positive impact on my life and been very beneficial to my reentry services

Angel is an exceptional counselor, He’s very helpful and understanding of everyone’s situation and handles each situation the way it needs to be resolved, his conduct was very professional. I highly Recommend motivational recovery services for your friends and family that need the guidance and help needed for a better future.

This location have down to earth group meetings leaders, but the counselor Nicky is very unprofessional. She will speak to you like if she is superior. She has a straight attitude when spoken too. She conduct herself in a rude manner. At the end of your 6 months, even though you completed everything court ordered, she will try to extend your time and state lies that you didn't pass drug test, when you passed all drug test from DCFS. This is their scheme to charge Medical or your insurance. I'm also going to reach out to BBB how she conducts herself to scheme others.

This place is horrible. Completely Unprofessional, they called me as if I was violating my agreement with them and parole. They took a month and a half after my intake to even return my dozens of calls and attempts to contact them, to finally let me move in. They started getting paid for the myriad of services they tried to force me to agree to last week the entire month and a half I would assume. They had never even spoke to me until last week. I was confused, offended, and concerned when a lady calls me while I’m at work, claiming that I was in violation of my agreement, I asked to see a copy of it and was treated horribly by this obviously offended “advocate” is what they call themselves I think. So I asked for a manager and was given Jose. Who also could not provide me with an agreement, copy of conditions, or any other supporting documents. I need a clearly stated list of obligations, to avoid future threats of being terminated for no reason. Juan said he would call me back when he had an agreement we could both sign and prevent future issues. He never called back, instead I am told that I am being terminated from the program and they couldn’t even tell me this. All because I asked for the agreement in writing so I know what they expect from me. Seriously??? Places like this will continue to use you for money that is donated to fund this fly by night treatment center, as long as we let them. lol the only thing I think they treated here was themselves to money that was given to them to HELP me. Thanks guys
