This place really helped me stay on my feet..transitioning into society after doing 20 years of incarceration.The staff was helpful . Let them know what you need and they will make certain they will do their best to assist you in a pro active manner..Angel was my counselor .He really understood where I came from and beyond .he did over 35 years of incarceration..he did his best to relate..his love for helping others really showed ..he would ask questions to see how your really doing .to make certain everything is okay and your balanced ..if not he'll get to the bottom of it .Claudia and the rest of the Staff were always happy to assist. I'm grateful for them..I was with them for 9 mos..and just completed my program . So far so good..my parole is moving forward..i appreciate you all ...Alondra,Maya,Robert,Peggy..and the rest of you..

I have a counselor by the name of Angel and I must take the time to give credit to where it is do, many of these government reentry service programs have so many individuals who are desensitized to the needs of the clients they are to help but Angel on the other hand gives time consideration and has situational awareness for the needs of his clients he has a very Hands-On approach and expresses genuine concern for the individuals he is helping to re-enter into society. Programs need to hire more individuals like this gentleman as he has had a very positive impact on my life and been very beneficial to my reentry services

The guy that answer the phone is super rude and has an attitude I called to get information about the program and was very mean about it I called the number he gave me to get refer to there location and he was so rude to both me and the county lady and had the audacity to tell me "Iam not speaking to you" when i was trying to explain I was the person he spoke to earlier

This location have down to earth group meetings leaders, but the counselor Nicky is very unprofessional. She will speak to you like if she is superior. She has a straight attitude when spoken too. She conduct herself in a rude manner. At the end of your 6 months, even though you completed everything court ordered, she will try to extend your time and state lies that you didn't pass drug test, when you passed all drug test from DCFS. This is their scheme to charge Medical or your insurance. I'm also going to reach out to BBB how she conducts herself to scheme others.

Angel is an exceptional counselor, He’s very helpful and understanding of everyone’s situation and handles each situation the way it needs to be resolved, his conduct was very professional. I highly Recommend motivational recovery services for your friends and family that need the guidance and help needed for a better future.
