Testimonials

Who owns Prototypes now? I was a counselor there about 25 years ago. It was so awesome then. For women to be able to have their kids with them while trying to get healthy was a new concept. I ran the Prenatal unit and managed the Safe house . I was so proud to work with them & someone was always giving birth. Good people ran it back then. I am so saddened to hear that it got worse not better. We can pray for women that need help.

My mother was in this program in the early 90's I remember living with her here ehen she got back custody of me and my little brother 😭 things were hard but the staff and people were good I remember my brother tire to runa away and a male staff stepped in and talked with him as he had a hard time adjusting. Im thankful for progams like this.. it really can make a difference when you try.. but most importantly is the support one needs in situations like this

@ Ty Harris , I'm sorry to be the one who has to speak some sense into you , but obviously someone needs to since you really think that a "heroine / real drug addict" is ANY different or better than an alcoholic ! You couldn't have paid too much attention while you were in this program , because that's one of the first things that you learn. Alcohol is a drug, PERIOD. Addiction is an ugly beast, no matter what substance you used to fuel it, it's all equally bad. You would know this if you actually opened your mind and allowed yourself to be vulnerable and heal and be receptive enough to carry what you learned here. You just sound like a hypocrite, an ignorant one at that. Really though, I hope you've humbled yourself since writing that comment, and I hope you've overcame your battle with alcohol .👏👏

Never would I return. Not a good place and they let people who use drugs watch your kids what sense is that making they won’t even hire someone to watch the children at the center. They want other ex users, to watch your kid and being that I was there for alcohol. I definitely did not want people who were using heroin and other drug’s watching my kid the staff had favorites. And most were ex drug users themselves I wouldn’t recommend they’re a joke and constantly threaten to tell the court to put people back in jail
