Testimonials

Down right criminal they way they treat people. Not therapudic or helpful. Staff made fun of patients and ignored others. Would not recommend for above who wants real help.

I was a patient in this facility. Point is if you want to die come here. They will treat you very well ! I can’t believe this place is open. come up with a solution so “Doctors, Nurses and Police” stop dehumanizing patients with severe trauma!

🚨ATTENTION 🚨 This place is horrible the staff make fun of your situation and they js sit u on a chair with a blanket and nothing else they expect u to wear a thin ass robe with nothing under the staff are horrible make sexual jokes infront of u and completely bring u down please don’t EVER put ur loved ones in here. When kids asked for food they would either ignore them or be EXTREMELY rude and tell them they had to wait and js sit on there phone for 1-2 hours this place is torture.

Awful place. I was sent here against my will for the first time and it was traumatizing. Some of the staff were nice but others were snobby and loud. They make you stay in a large room that's divided by a wall for men and women section, the bathroom was unfortunately on the men's side so I had to walk through a area full of creepy men. The bathroom door doesn't lock and there was no toilet paper and it was a mess all the time. They don't have beds but instead make you sleep in very uncomfortable reclining chairs that don't stay back. They also make you wear nothing but a hospital gown and socks and the room is freezing cold at night but the staff doesn't care because they're all bundled up in their sweaters. All they do is make you watch tv and sleep. It took days for me to see the therapist and then it was only through a friggin' zoom call, completely impersonal and alienating. Never send your loved one here or go here yourself. They want to break you so they can have an excuse to send you into a psychiatric hospital and hold you there.

An absolutely AWFUL place. Please don’t refer anyone here. There is no psychiatric help. The staff members are incredibly disrespectful and lack empathy. They make fun of the patients and chain them to beds and walls. If you do something they don’t like they deprive you of things like a shower or lotion. The food made me sick, literally. Really this is a holding facility and all they do is give you meds to make you go to sleep. It is the most anxiety inducing environment I’ve ever been in. This place really needs to be shut down. It’s horrible.
