Haven at College

The Haven at College is the best mental health resource I have ever used. I was struggling in every aspect of my life when I started their virtual IOP program and after finishing their program, I can say with full certainty that they changed my life for the better. In this program I learned how to balance self care, school, life, and my mental health. The skills I was taught and the relationships I built while in the program will continue to serve me throughout the rest of my life and have already come in handy during times of distress. I am so grateful to have been a part of this program and highly recommend the program to anyone who is seeking mental health or addiction recovery help. College is a really difficult time for a multitude of reasons, but The Haven taught me how to better handle these difficulties and thrive while in college and other tough circumstances.

As an addiction and trauma specialist, owning and operating a treatment facility that prides itself on client-centered care and compassionate and knowledgeable staff, it is an unbelievable asset to have The Haven at College as a resource to our clients and our community.
