Hathaway Recovery

I attempted to get help for a loved one and was extremely disappointed by the lack of responsiveness from this facility. I called multiple times with no answer, and when someone finally did pick up, they sounded groggy and disengaged. I was told I would receive a call back after sending over insurance information, yet I never heard from them again. My follow-up calls went unanswered, despite their claim of being available 24/7. Out of concern, my mother also started calling. She received a single response, but was then similarly ignored. Fortunately, we were able to find another facility that was responsive, professional, and truly cared about helping people. If you or a loved one is in urgent need of help, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. This was an incredibly frustrating and disheartening experience during an already difficult time.

I am very happy with the treatment I received at Hathaway. The staff and therapist really care about you and I think that’s number one when choosing a place to recover. The therapist are top notch!!! The amount I learned in the 2 months I spent was incredible. I wasn’t a huge believer in group therapy before I came but the impact it had on me will last a lifetime. I had some ups and downs in treatment but overall my experience was wonderful and any complaints I have are minute compared to what I am able to take away. They invest in what matters. Shout out to George and Nicole - You guys really are the best managers! It’s also a beautiful location and the view of the mountains is absolutely gorgeous. Outings were super fun and they made my birthday super special (Thank you Dina!) If you have a desire to stop using, or have co-occurring disorders this is the place to go. As long as you have an open mind and are honest I believe Hathaway will be extremely beneficial

I am very so very happy with the treatment I received at Hathawa Recovery. In just 47 wonderful days, ive learned so much about recovery and mental health. The staff and therapist really care about you and your mental health needs. I'd say it's the best place to recover and work on your mental health and addiction problems because you won't be doing it alone. Give them a try and you won't regret it! First I’ll start by saying that, this facility is absolutely beautiful! A couple years ago my husband Tony attended Hathaway Recovery in Claremont Ca. While Tony was in residential he received every care needed for a successful recovery. Also, he was able to enjoy the home gym at the beautiful Hathaway home, it’s basketball court, pool and etc. which made his stay even more pleasant. I am forever grateful for the man Tony has become ever since his completion. He has two years clean under his belt and many more to come because of the amazing facility.
