Gratitude Lodge was great! Here at gratitude Lodge, I had a tremendous experience with staff, case manager, therapist, and group facilitators. The place here is very clean, neat, and organized. The support staff was phenomenal. They were always on their game and always in support of anyone seeking care. James, who was the case manager, did an amazing job checking in with the patients, always making sure everyone was good and provided any type of care that was needed. He knew how to always get the job done! My experience with the staffs, such as Andrew, Harrison, Mario, Megan, Eric, and Lee, we’re always in support and there when we needed them. I couldn’t ask for a better support staff than that. They provided all the patients need and were also there for support when patients needed to talk. The therapist, Taija, provided the best therapy experience I’ve ever experienced. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for more than what gratitude already provides. Everyone here and the facility overall was the best experience I could have ever gained.
