This program is founded on the 12-Step approach, emphasizing values such as honesty, integrity, accountability, responsibility, and service. Recognizing the complexities of addiction and its impact on various facets of a young man’s life, Design for Recovery believes that achieving sobriety involves more than just refraining from substances; it requires a continuous process of personal reconstruction. Each resident is paired with a mentor who guides them in acquiring essential skills and tools for maintaining early sobriety. Alongside individualized mentoring, residents also receive support in areas including medication management, financial handling, and job assistance.
