Never been here, but after seeing various tweets from their X account, I guarantee I never will. I found this rehab facility from a tweet of theirs that was replying to a plus sized persons post (shown in image), where they were simply asking if their bra looked good or not. Whoever manages the account decided to reply with “We treat eating addictions at CrossPointe Recovery. Please, for the love of God, contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!! We can help cure you!”… absolutely disgusting. I can’t imagine how the person felt after seeing that. Imagine being someone who struggles with your self worth and body image and a literal rehab facility replies to your post about CLOTHING saying they can cure you of your “eating addiction.” I’m absolutely appalled that whoever manages that account thought that was an acceptable thing to say. I came into the sober living almost a month ago. Since I’ve been here I’ve had someone go through my room & the owner brushed it off like it was no big deal. Then the owner hired a new management for the therapist & shes a complete stuck up, rude & VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL “manager” she made up a new rule & demanded my phone without me knowing the new rule or she was going to discharge me. She kicked me out and then lied and said I wasn’t in class. I have VERY GOOD INSURANCE & this is how I’ve got my treatment. They have people that live in there house not doing anything ALLDAY! Be very careful on what treatment you support! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CROSSPOINT SOBER LIVING & the treatment they give you! Very very unprofessional and they lie!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Upon coming to this beautiful treatment center in the heart of Sherman Oaks, I was treated like family. I have been to over 20 treatment centers and know what its like to be treated like a number, just another patient/junkie. Have struggled with this addiction for over 15 years. But here you are part of the family and are treated as such, they will bend over backwards to ensure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay there. The staff genuinely care about your well being and want to see you do well and will help in whatever way they can. Me and my fiancé came here a few months ago and have been clean since. Crosspointe Recovery changed our lives. We went from living in the streets sleeping on the grass or homeless shelters, to having good paying jobs, a beautiful apartment and car, all in a few months time. I can't say enough about this place and the people who run it, both day and night staff are amazing and make the place a positive environment for anyone to recover. The owners are there on a daily basis making sure your needs are being met and things are running smoothly. They take personal interest in seeing people recover, it's more than just a business for them. Which is more than I can say about any of the other 20 places I have been. If you have the choice then please consider this treatment center. I never leave reviews, but the effect this place had on my life, its the least I could do. Warmest Regards, Jared

I was one of those people who'd been in and out of treatment for years before I went to crosspointe, which is probably the best one I've been to. It's a smaller place, but that allows you to build better relationships with the other clients as well as the fantastic staff. The owners, the cook, and every tech there are kind, supportive, and in no way overbearing. They keep their groups interactive and helpful while not filling your schedule til your drained. They take the clients who want to go out out frequently, and they have a game system, a home theater, a pool table, and cable/streaming to every room, making it hard to get bored and easier to keep yourself occupied and relaxed which I definitely needed when I was there. EVERYTHING I was told I would get help with I got. Furthermore, they don't shove anything down your throat; you describe where you want your life to go and what you want it to look like and they do everything they can to guide you down a road that enables you to accomplish them safely. Regardless of why you go in or the direction you intend on taking when you leave, this place will only help you. Much love to the staff, especially the owners, and I would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a treatment center.
