Testimonials

My physical exam consisted of being weighed and having my blood pressure checked — this was after sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours. I was placed in an exam room with a doctor and his nurse where I was asked some basic health intake questions but no family history questions, no questions about current meds, no exam. I was taken back to the waiting room and waited another 30 minutes for them to schedule blood work. You really are taking your life in your hands in a place like this, especially if you haven’t had good, regular, medical care throughout your life, have a family history of illness, or hate going to the doctor and don’t question medical opinions / procedures. The clinic is clean and people are nice but they are overworked and really sloppy. My insurance company had a fit when they discovered several violations the clinic committed regarding communication and notification errors. Wait until they hear about my yearly “physical.” Go somewhere else or ask questions and demand the services you need.

This review is for the location 7400 Van Nuys Blvd #120 . We had to change my 2 yr old son doctor because he needed a G.I doctor so his coverage changed including doctor. So we never knew it was gonna be a huge nightmare. We saw Dr.Peter Koetters which was a headache and waste of time. He told my wife and I that he would put all his referrals in as Urgent which he never did so we had to be on the phone for days and hours until we found out. We couldn’t get an appointment until 4-5 month because nothing was put in as urgent. So my wife had to advocate and find her own G.I Doctor and get everything put in as urgent which took weeks and my baby was in a lot of pain because their doctor belief’s or lies. So now we were told to call in for his shots which is taking weeks to get an appointment. Their staff name EVA TORRES/JAHIDA is really rude plus untrained when you call in they always take your phone number but never call you back ever. You always have to call back and still they never answer the phone. I called their supervisor CONNIE CRUZ but all she told me was lies I’m still waiting for her call back after weeks of waiting and leaving voicemails. Obviously I will be looking for a new physician for my son but before I will let everyone including medical how your facility conducts business.

My mother went in for some results , nurses turned her away and were very rude , when I called to ask them about why they turned her away they didn’t answer , All nurses in the front desk were very very rude. Don’t go here as these people won’t help .

My mother just had a phone appointment at this clinic with Chinwe Thomas PA . We were both impressed with kindness and patience of everyone we interacted with, from a lady who help us get an appointment to medical stuff. The PA understood my mom's medical problem and was able to offer a solution that brought her a relief. She felt saved. People like this restore my faith in humanity.
