Through Clear Detox I was able to find an outstanding sober living! They set you up for success, helping you with a post-detox plan revolving around your individual needs and the type of help you require. The staff was compassionate, and supporting, understanding the trials and tribulations of getting clean. All-in-all I would highly recommend.

The worst place to go to. I was promised my medication before I came in and I asked repeatedly are you sure I am able to come in for 30 day program. so I went to do my intake and they said there going to take me off all medication in 6 days. Jacob at the admissions office texted me that I was approved and I asked him over n over that are you 100 percent sure that I’m gonna get the help I need. It was very unprofessional of him to promise a patient something and not happen. all he wanted to do. This person shouldn’t be in the industry because at the end of the day it’s my health at risk so he shouldn’t be working there. “Jacob from. Admissions”. You should be ashamed of your self. Just had a staff member try to fight me and call me an “esse” after being kicked literally onto the sidewalk because I continuously asked for help and guidance with next steps and was nothing but put off and made a burden to staff. Been in treatment 10 times including clear 4 years ago and never met a more disorganized, disrespectful treatment team. Can own up to having poor reactions but what else do you expect from someone with a week sober being treated like an inmate by people supposed to help. Jamie is a great lady and director, however has completely failed to notice the lack of care in her staff. Everything looks great on the outside but is ran by a bunch of ghetto people who talk to you like we are gang banging not in rehab/detox. If you have any hope of having input in your own recovery/ treatment process I highly suggest finding another program. My family was left in the dark completely didn’t even know who my case manager was for 4 days, was not allowed to communicate with them about the sober living I was getting ready to go to. Even took 4 days to even get deodorant. Clear has turned into an embarrassment. I worked for them 2 years ago and has completely changed seems like after being sold to a private equity company.
