Bringing your child to a residential treatment center is never an easy decision. There are so many scary stories and negative reviews that you can read online. After researching extensively, Blume was the only place we could go for confidently. It was also highly recommended by other professionals we talked to. My daughter just completed a 7 week treatment at Blume and we couldn’t be happier with the level of care she received there. The staff is simply amazing! Shout out to Ramsey, the Program Director, who guided us throughout the whole process and who was always very responsive, informative and caring. Taylor who took our intake and guided us for after care. Caitlin, the Clinical Director who is very skilled at decoding complex family dynamics. Also Melissa, our daughter’s mentor was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone we encountered there during our family visit was kind and supportive and our daughter said she liked everyone there, which says a lot! With such a caring environment, our daughter opened up in ways we couldn’t have imagined. Blume, you are the Best! Another well deserved 5 star!!

Amazing!!! Simple words describing of what it’s like to have to go through a difficult experience with your kid, feeling helpless and desperate to find them the help they need. My husband found Blume online and from the first intake call with Basel, his compassion and expertise during a crisis guided me to know in my heart that Blume was exactly what my teen needed. The peace you feel, knowing your teen is in great hands, with caring, compassionate, professional therapists and behavioral techs is undeniable. Confirmed by calls from your teen smiling at the other end while sharing about the groups, activities and amazing support from in-house mentors and techs. Blume staff is the light at the end of a dark tunnel for teens. I am eternally grateful to everyone at Blume who have inspired my daughter to pursue behavioral therapist career.

This us not your average California RTC. The staff expects that as teenagers, the kids are going to push boundaries and mess up. There are protocols in place and issues are dealt with kindly and with empathy. Our past experiences with CA facilities were not this way, which resulted in us having to send our child out of state. We still have a long road ahead if us, but Blume was a God-send at a time when we needed it desperately.

Outstanding service! I cannot say enough great things about Blume Behavioral Heath Facility and the incredible impact they have had on my daughter’s mental wellness and overall well-being. They made us felt understood, welcomed and supported all throughout the process. It took sometime for my daughter to get acclimated to the new surroundings and felt a bit resentful at the beginning. The staff took the time to understand my her unique needs and developed a personalized plan that has helped her make tremendous progress. They are not only knowledgeable but also cared about their patients, making a challenging journey much easier for our family. They offer a structured, therapeutic environment where adolescents receive intensive support to address their challenges and develop sustainable strategies for mental wellness. The whole team at Blume has been constantly communicating with me on my daughter's progress. They also provided regular updates and guidance that keep us informed and involved in my daughter’s progress. They offer individual therapy, family therapy, mentorship program, intensive group therapy and Psychiatric services. Since my daughter is in 12th grade and graduating high-school, I made sure that they have academic continuty so that when she goes back to school she wont be behind her peers, which was glady taken care of by Blume. My sincere appreciation to Blume and all their staff for my daughter's successful stay at their facility. She has gained confidence, improved her coping skills, and is thriving in ways we never imagined.
