I had the privilege of staying at Aurora in November of 2024 for a detox program, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and supported by the compassionate and highly skilled staff. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being, making sure I felt safe and cared for throughout the process. The facility itself is peaceful and serene, with a calming atmosphere that made it easy to focus on healing. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything I needed to feel at ease. The meals provided were nutritious and delicious, supporting my body as it detoxed in the healthiest way possible. The program itself was tailored to my specific needs, and I appreciated how the staff took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I understood what was happening and why. I also found the group therapy sessions to be incredibly powerful. Being surrounded by others who were on similar journeys created a sense of camaraderie and support that made the experience feel much less daunting. The connections with others build a friendship that cannot be replicated. If a spouse could believe this destroys a marriage that person needs to look at his or her own insecurities. Keeping in contact with those we made friendships with is vital to continued sobriety, especially if a person is not able to attend aftercare after Aurora. What truly stood out to me was the holistic approach. The combination of medical care, emotional support, and wellness practices like yoga and meditation helped me feel rejuvenated, both mentally and physically, by the end of my stay. I left Aurora with a renewed sense of purpose and a deeper understanding of myself. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and attention I received at Aurora and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who is ready to make a positive change in their life. this place has repeatedly harassed me. they convinced me to go to california for treatment, i changed my mind because it seemed sketchy and i went to a rehab close to home. i received dozens of calls from them telling me i will never get sober if i don't go to aurora. trying to manipulate my family to make me go there. they have been asked to stop contacting me and my family. still 4 months later i am consistently getting calls from them. if i don't answer they try to call me 5 times in a row. i have also threatened to contact authorities and they still will not leave me alone.

Kelsey is an amazing therapist and has been instrumental with her family program to create a place where families can meet via zoom to learn about the several stages of loved ones going through recovery. The zoom meeting allows family members to learn through her teachings how to use healthy approaches to address feelings and talk amongst others going through similar stages and share experiences. I am so grateful to Kelsey for her time and immense support she contributes to all of the members in group and personal support she contributes. She has brought hope and strength to me in an otherwise dismal time and I have observed her effectiveness on new and regular attendees to her family meetings as well. Will forever be grateful to Kelsey and family program and members.

I have a loved one that needed help and upon contact with the team at Auroa he felt very comfortable, so much as to get a plane ticket to get to their facility, he actually wound up needing to check in to another support environment sooner than his anticipated flight. That said, everyone that he and I spoke with at Auroa were above and beyond compassionate, supportive and available. I have deep gratitude to the team that genuinely care about supporting an individual and the family dynamics that they provided and would highly recommend this devoted team. They were more than understanding with us when we let them know that their transport arrangements were not needed and wished us the best and still have a door open. I had originally given this place a five-star review but since my husband has been home there has been many issues. One of the main ones is we are trying to recover and heal ourselves from the damages caused by this. But for some reason some of the women at this facility were allowed to have not only my husband's phone number but also his email he has asked these women multiple times to quit contacting him because it is causing problems with our relationship because of the nature of their texts. But yet they have refused to stop so today I got their phone number and tried to reach out to one of the ladies and of course they did not answer so I sent them a nice text asking them to please leave my husband alone and it still continues. I have reached out to his therapist that he had while he was there and she says that since these ladies are now out of the facility in and in one of their facilities for aftercare she has no control over what they do. I asked her to just simply reach out to them and ask them to leave us alone and was told she couldn't do that. I don't understand this I have worked around facilities like this as well as behavioral health therapy places and the patients were never allowed to give their contact information out. So if you value your marriage you might want to think twice about Aurora recovery in Beaumont because it seems to me like they are all about letting outside influences into a marriage and running relationships. Maybe they're helping to cause problems so the person will come back
