Inadequate, unprofessional, incompetent. Make sure to keep all your records and receipts. Take notes and ask for names . All male staff in office . I was given documents for court and upon asking for copies about 3 months later or so : they office personnel acknowledged the documents were lost .Keep the Mandatory Actions Unit number handy ( I spoke to them and advised of such unprofessional actions since the program was interested in charging double instead of providing such education ). When the acknowledgment of lost documents was discovered (document stated two cases conquered by judge) the office suggested I went to court and get the court to produce a copy for them too . All male office workers insisted on providing incorrect balance on account; only one lady was the one female employee was able to go in depth and provide me the correct balance; their system stated otherwise .we literally sat down and wrote physical numbers down with the assistance of an old fashion calculator . I love my current instructor; however for about four Saturday classes there was no immediate permanent instructor and the documents provided by Adapt states incorrect information such as Zoom link to say the least . Such link opens and immediately after there is a guy from the office providing a different link to another Zoom meeting ; got you jumping from link to link . Such inconsistency almost cost me to miss a class and get charged a fee for missing such class when in fact the zoom links were switch last minute meaning : the day of when service : and or method of delivery of course was to be provided. Will provided future updates .
